Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, roadmap and delivery for a defined area of the Spark AI agent product from discovery to measured outcomes in production.
- Conduct direct customer research to understand employee experience beyond ticket data and translate it into product opportunities.
- Partner daily with engineering, applied AI and design to build reliable, safe and observable agent capabilities and guardrails.
- Define success metrics, design experiments, and run iterative optimization based on data and evidence.
- Turn ambiguity into sequenced priorities and clearly communicate trade-offs to engineering, sales engineering, and leadership.
- Monitor agentic AI advances and translate feasible innovations into product initiatives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, with enterprise B2B SaaS shipped at scale.
- Hands-on experience with evaluation design, experimentation and iterative optimization of product features.
- Strong data fluency: able to query data, interpret results, and base decisions on evidence.
- Ability to structure ambiguity, prioritise defensibly, and say no when needed.
- Comfortable working with engineering and applied AI teams; experience with endpoint telemetry, IT operations or ITSM is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and experience defining guardrails for high-trust autonomous systems.
