Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the vision and roadmap for Nexthink's AI Automation platform (0→1 product) aligned to customer needs and platform strategy.
- Conduct customer discovery, field research, and stakeholder interviews to identify high-value automation use cases for IT teams.
- Design a flexible, extensible automation framework that integrates with ITSM, endpoint management, orchestration engines, APIs, and AI agents.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, design, and feature teams to deliver iterative, production-ready capabilities.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to drive adoption, measure impact (adoption, effectiveness, business value) and iterate using evidence.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms, with experience owning complex, technical products.
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, orchestration, endpoint management, integrations) and comfort translating architecture into product requirements.
- AI-first mindset with practical familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, or automation agents.
- Proven experience with customer discovery, stakeholder management, and metrics-driven decision making.
- Advanced degree in CS/engineering or equivalent technical experience preferred.
