(Senior) Product Manager - Regulatory Technology (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Own the Regulatory Technology product domain and act as primary product manager for control functions (AML, Finance, Compliance, Financial Risk).
- Gather, synthesize and translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications and usable product features.
- Partner with data engineering to design compliant data pipelines, reporting, and automation for regulatory controls.
- Prioritise roadmap items, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams using agile practices.
- Ensure solutions reduce manual effort, limit regulatory risk, and scale with business growth.
- Support validation, testing and documentation required for audits and compliance checks.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally in RegTech, financial services or data-heavy platforms.
- Strong technical affinity: ability to work with data engineering on architecture, requirements and delivery.
- Familiarity with AML, compliance, regulatory reporting, or financial risk workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience with agile delivery, writing clear technical specs, and driving cross-functional projects to completion.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced fintech environment with high visibility and regulatory constraints.
