Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle for an AI-based SaaS platform and report to the CEO
- Serve as the central interface between Sales, Support, integration teams, partners and engineering
- Collect, challenge and structure requirements; prioritize and convert them into a roadmap
- Improve product processes (requirements intake, prioritization, roadmapping, release comms) for scale
- Lead and mentor POs and product teams, focusing on sharpening existing structures
- Define and govern the agentic product data layer: discovery, quality gates, orchestration and rollout
- Support SaaS professionalization: billing/pricing decisions, customer onboarding, and ops processes
- Work data-driven: set KPIs, run experiments and make transparent trade-offs
Requirements:
- Several years of SaaS/B2B product management experience, with experience in scaling phases
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled products, preferably with agentic components
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder skills and experience working with integrations and partners
- Native-level German and strong written communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on work, ambiguity, and leading process improvements for growth
