Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Report directly to the CEO and align product strategy with company goals
- Gather, challenge and prioritize requirements from Sales, Support, integrations and partners
- Improve product processes (discovery, intake, prioritization, roadmapping, releases) for scale
- Lead and coach POs and product teams; refine structures rather than rebuild them
- Shape the agentic product data layer: agent discovery, orchestration, QA and phased rollouts
- Drive SaaS operationalization: billing/pricing, onboarding flows and operational runbooks
- Use metrics and experiments to validate hypotheses and guide trade-offs
Requirements:
- Several years of B2B/SaaS product management experience, with proven scaling-stage work
- Experience with AI-enabled products or modular agent systems and integration ecosystems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across international teams
- Native-level German and strong documentation/communication abilities
- Analytical, data-driven mindset and willingness to be hands-on in delivery
