Responsibilities:
- Design and build intuitive, maintainable UIs for banking workflows (transaction monitoring, corporate actions, dashboards).
- Implement production-ready React + TypeScript components with strong focus on component reuse and design system integration.
- Collaborate with backend, platform engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex domain workflows into usable interfaces.
- Ensure code quality via tests, CI/CD, documentation, and secure-by-design practices.
- Work with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, ECS/Fargate, Lambda) and participate in release and performance tuning.
- Advocate for accessibility, web performance, and UX improvements across the product.
Requirements:
- University degree in CS, engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Next.js, component libraries and design systems.
- Experience with testing and automation (Cypress, unit/integration tests) and modern build tooling.
- Knowledge of web performance, accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and owning features end-to-end.
- Good communication skills and motivation to improve engineering excellence and product usability.
