Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions that solve complex, cross-functional problems
- Drive architecture for pod initiatives across backend services, APIs, frontend, and developer tooling
- Design, build and integrate LLM-powered agents, tools and workflows into platform and product flows
- Establish engineering standards (code quality, testing strategy, observability, operational readiness)
- Mentor engineers through reviews and pairing; act as a technical voice in cross-team discussions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, align on approaches, and ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience designing and shipping scalable software with strong full-stack expertise
- Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture and delivering platform or product initiatives
- Practical experience with LLM-powered agents, MCP or similar agentic integration patterns
- Strong skills in backend languages (Java/Kotlin or similar) and frontend frameworks (TypeScript/React)
- Solid prompt-engineering intuition, familiarity with AI coding assistants, and production thinking
- Preferred: experience with A2A/multi-agent orchestration, ML infrastructure, or model evaluation
