Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle to scale the AI-driven SaaS for retail and e-commerce.
- Drive orchestration of specialised AI agents and define where automation vs human oversight is required.
- Gather and prioritise requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners into a robust roadmap.
- Improve and scale product processes (requirements intake, prioritisation, roadmap management, release communication).
- Mentor Product Owners and teams to build sustainable structures that support growth.
Requirements:
- Several years of SaaS/B2B product management experience with AI-focused products and distributed teams.
- Native German and fluent English; strong communicator with stakeholder management experience.
- Practical experience in roadmapping, prioritisation and scaling product processes.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and a good understanding of orchestration challenges for agent-based systems.
