Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and own solutions to improve security, reliability and scalability of N26 cloud infrastructure in the workload orchestration domain.
- Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and related orchestration tooling.
- Collaborate with Product, customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise roadmap items.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting and post-incident improvements.
- Mentor team members and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- Production experience designing, deploying and operating Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong AWS knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud services.
- Solid programming skills in Go and comfort with Linux environments.
- Experience with Terraform and CD tools (ArgoCD or similar).
- Familiarity with service mesh/networking (Istio or equivalents) and monitoring/observability tooling.
- Strong communication, ownership, proactive collaboration and systematic problem-solving. Backend development experience is a plus.
