Responsibilities:
- Lead product execution in an assigned domain (e.g., banking, taxation, client data, wealth management) from day one.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts to define scope and deliver features.
- Run user research, write user stories and specifications, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Coordinate with operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance to ensure compliant, user-centric solutions.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance after launch, and iterate to improve outcomes.
- Support rapid prototyping and stakeholder alignment to accelerate delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and initial product management, consulting, or fintech experience.
- Good knowledge of agile ways of working and tools (Jira, Confluence); comfortable with prototyping tools (Figma).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Data-driven approach to define and measure impact; customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based in Berlin or Munich and join the specified hiring cohort.
