Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap for clearing, settlement and custody capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external partners (CSDs, settlement counterparties) to design and deliver solutions.
- Translate market research, data analysis and client feedback into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage trade-offs, track KPIs and ensure regulatory and operational robustness for post-trade processes.
- Support launches, run stakeholder communications and monitor live performance to iterate on features.
- Build strong external relationships with counterparties and vendors to enable reliable settlement flows.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of product, operational or project experience in a tech, fintech or financial services environment.
- Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of clearing, settlement, custody or post-trade operations, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with quantitative data and to translate it into product decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and attention to regulatory and operational detail.
- Proactive, organized and able to work cross-functionally to deliver complex, multi-party initiatives.
