Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ownership of local tax solutions for international clients, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap that addresses jurisdiction-specific tax requirements and client needs.
- Convert complex tax rules (double taxation, loss pot offsetting, tax basis methods) into product requirements and intuitive UX.
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and external tax experts to ensure correct, auditable and compliant implementations.
- Manage delivery, run agile ceremonies, prioritise backlog items and monitor product metrics and risk.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of product management experience in fintech, banking or capital markets, preferably with exposure to tax or regulatory projects.
- Strong analytical skills and appetite for complex, rules-driven problems related to international taxation.
- Familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) and product design (Figma); ability to write clear user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English communication; ability to work with external advisors and regulators.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline and a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.
