Responsibilities:
- Lead the native iOS and Android mobile product strategy and manage the mobile roadmap.
- Run and coach a cross-functional mobile team, own prioritisation, sprint planning and delivery.
- Define features, write user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with designers and engineers.
- Coordinate releases with marketing, backend teams and other product areas for both B2C and B2B use cases.
- Use user feedback, analytics and competitive research to drive experiments, optimise UX and measure impact.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with proven experience shipping native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
- Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, platform limitations (push, universal links, extensions) and release processes.
- Experience working in agile environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Figma.
- Data-driven decision making, excellent stakeholder communication and ability to manage cross-team dependencies.
- Passion for digital financial products and a hands-on mindset to drive feature delivery and iteration.
