Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap for clearing, settlement, and custody capabilities.
- Translate market research, quantitative analysis and user feedback into a clear product vision, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external partners (CSDs, settlement counterparties) to deliver features end-to-end.
- Define requirements, support implementation, drive releases and iterate based on metrics and incidents.
- Balance trade-offs (cost, risk, regulatory) and monitor KPIs and operational resilience.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of product management or product-focused project experience, ideally in fintech, banking or post-trade environments.
- Basic understanding of post-trade concepts: clearing, settlement, custody and securities transfers.
- Strong analytical skills; experience turning data into user stories and prioritised backlogs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear written and verbal English communication.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Business Engineering or related field and willingness to work closely with engineering and operations.
