Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product development for local taxation solutions across jurisdictions (discovery to launch and iteration).
- Define product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and Scalable's international goals.
- Translate tax rules and client requirements (DTA, loss pot offsetting, FIFO vs weighted average) into clear product requirements and UX flows.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Legal/Compliance, Finance, external tax advisors and regulators to ensure compliant implementation.
- Manage delivery: plan timelines, run agile ceremonies, track dependencies and measure product performance.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of product management experience in banking, capital markets or fintech with exposure to regulatory or tax-related projects.
- Strong interest or experience in international taxation concepts and interpretation across markets.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritise and validate features; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Figma a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; ability to work with external partners and regulators.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field and hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
