Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the Lending Ambition by contributing to Foundations, Experimentation and Innovation workstreams.
- Convert business problems (e.g., funnel conversion, credit data platforms) into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead iterative delivery: plan milestones, design experiments/A-B tests and run customer discovery loops to learn quickly.
- Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, Engineering and Compliance to ensure safe, auditable and production-ready product launches.
- Drive or support priority initiatives such as credit underwriting model work and Open Banking integrations.
- Improve operational processes, reporting and documentation to meet audit standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Management, ideally in fintech or regulated banking.
- Excellent product craft: roadmap development, technical specifications and decomposition into stories/epics.
- Analytical, data-first approach; SQL skills are a plus for funnel and hypothesis validation.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable with rapid experimentation, ambiguity and focusing on measurable customer and business impact.
