Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a native mobile team (iOS & Android) to be self-organised, agile and delivery-focused
- Set and track OKRs, align priorities with Product and deliver on roadmap commitments
- Drive technical direction, architecture decisions and code quality for mobile platforms
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and career development to grow a diverse team
- Collaborate with stakeholders across feature teams to plan releases and enhance user experience
- Ensure performance, reliability and scalable solutions via testing, CI/CD and observability
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Proven track record as an Engineering Manager in mobile development environments
- Strong technical experience in at least one native platform (Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS)
- Experience hiring, coaching and scaling engineering teams; excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Comfortable with agile processes, data-driven decision making and delivering high-quality consumer apps
