Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for market‑making capabilities on the European Investor Exchange.
- Specify requirements, acceptance criteria and KPIs for market‑making systems and integrations.
- Partner with Trading, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to deliver robust, compliant trading solutions.
- Build and maintain external relationships with liquidity providers, venues and other market participants.
- Convert market research and quantitative insights into product features, UX improvements and operational processes.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in fintech or trading-focused products.
- Strong knowledge of market making, trading algorithms, market microstructure and MTFs.
- Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative analysis skills and experience defining product metrics.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers, traders and compliance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; relevant degree preferred.
