Responsibilities:
- Design, build and evolve virtualization and cloud-desktop environments (VDI/EUC) used by product teams.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, image pipelines and golden-image lifecycle using IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.).
- Operate and maintain platforms across public cloud and on-premises: networking, identity (AD/Entra ID) and monitoring.
- Stand up new VDI/cloud desktop platforms, evaluate proofs-of-concept and integrate emerging endpoint technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to validate platform behavior and enable on-demand desktops for engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex virtualization/platform issues and document runbooks and handovers.
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng or MSc in computer science (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or VDI/EUC operations.
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one major VDI platform (Citrix CVAD, Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft AVD/Windows 365 or Amazon WorkSpaces).
- Strong Windows Server and hybrid identity skills (Active Directory, Entra ID) and experience with image/build pipelines.
- Proven automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell or similar tools.
- Familiarity with hypervisor administration (vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix), brokers/gateways and networking for VDI.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally to enable endpoint product validation.
