Responsibilities:
- Lead the Telesales engineering team: prioritize work, manage delivery, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Mentor and develop engineers: performance reviews, career growth, hiring, and coaching.
- Shape backend architecture and design for Golang services; participate in code reviews and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and call centers to deliver web tools, telephony features, and lead-management solutions.
- Ensure the platform supports agent workflows, performance tracking, and scalable deployment.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of engineering management experience in fast-paced environments (fintech preferred).
- 4+ years of hands-on Go development experience and strong technical background.
- Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, delivery and performance management.
- Ability to work with loosely defined requirements, set priorities, and defend trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and B1+ English for international teamwork.
