Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product features: take ambiguous problems through design, implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Build across frontend, backend, LLM pipelines, and data systems to deliver production-quality capabilities.
- Design simple, intuitive UX for complex workflows that surface brand intelligence and AI-driven content.
- Work directly with founders and customers daily to translate feedback into prioritized product changes.
- Ship quickly, measure impact, and continuously improve until features deliver measurable customer value.
- Ensure reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability of production systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience shipping production SaaS features from 0→1 and owning full-stack delivery.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React; comfortable across frontend and backend concerns.
- Ability to design clean UX for complex, multi-step workflows and turn customer conversations into product decisions.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
- Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, ClickHouse, and building with LLMs/agentic workflows.
- Willingness to be on-site in Munich and engage directly with customers and founders.
