Responsibilities:
- Design and implement search algorithms, retrieval pipelines, and NLP workflows to process ERP data, product catalogs, and customer interactions.
- Build and optimize recommendation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reranking systems for product matching and intelligent query handling.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models and APIs (REST/gRPC) in production using Docker/Kubernetes; implement feedback and fine-tuning loops.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define measurable impact and ship customer-facing features.
- Contribute to AI platform architecture and best practices for scalable NLP services.

Requirements:
- 3+ years software engineering experience with production-grade Python and SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems: RAG, vector embeddings, hybrid BM25+semantic search, and reranking.
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and experience deploying ML services at scale.
- Experience with search engines (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch) and vector stores (Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, monitoring, training/fine-tuning pipelines, and MLOps practices.
- Nice-to-have: document processing/OCR pipelines, Text-to-SQL/semantic parsing, and domain experience with B2B SaaS or ERP systems.
