Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with founders and research engineers to design and implement end-to-end features.
- Scale backend infrastructure for a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) engine using Python.
- Build and ship analytics platform features with a React frontend and Python backend.
- Develop and maintain client integrations and a React SDK for deploying AI assistants.
- Implement data ingestion pipelines to add new knowledge sources for AI agents.
- Test, monitor, and iterate on features in production; participate in code reviews.
Requirements:
- 3+ years full-stack experience with a Python backend and React frontend.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, LLMs, NLP concepts and RAG architectures.
- Solid CS fundamentals (degree or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving startup team; good communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: prior startup experience, notable prior employers, published research, or significant open-source projects.
