Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of the core product interface connecting operations teams to AI agents and data sources.
- Develop and maintain the product design system and consistent UX patterns for complex workflows.
- Build human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving and acting on AI-generated outputs (journal entries, reconciliations, reports).
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; iterate on flows and UI based on findings.
- Ensure interfaces make AI outputs trustworthy and actionable through clear affordances, controls and error handling.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product decisions and ship high-impact features.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of professional frontend development experience with strong product and UX intuition.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React and Tailwind CSS; experience building and documenting design systems.
- Track record building workflow-driven interfaces involving review, exceptions or approval steps.
- Experience running or using user research and usability tests to inform product changes.
- Interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in enterprise B2B or financial operations is a plus.
