Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of the core web interface connecting operations teams to AI agents.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UX patterns (TypeScript, React, Tailwind).
- Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on AI outputs, including exception handling and auditability.
- Integrate multiple data sources and present trustworthy, actionable automation results with clear affordances.
- Run user research and usability testing; iterate rapidly with operations stakeholders to reduce friction.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS; proven experience with design systems for complex apps.
- Track record building workflow-driven interfaces that include review/approval or exception handling flows.
- Practical experience with AI/ML/LLM products and designing UIs that present automated outputs in a trustworthy way.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Willingness/ability to work on-site in Berlin; experience in private markets/financial operations is a plus.
