Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize SQL queries against PostgreSQL and the data warehouse to extract actionable insights (usage, retention, scan volumes).
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in AWS QuickSight to track key metrics and support decision-making.
- Support and monitor data pipelines to ensure accurate event capture from mobile and web platforms.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from product, marketing, and operations; translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Maintain data quality and documentation; help automate operational workflows and data syncs between tools.

Requirements:
- Degree or strong foundation in Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
- 0–2 years (or 1–2 years preferred) practical experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with BI tools (AWS QuickSight or similar) and basic data pipeline concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and clear communication skills for cross-border collaboration.
- Bonus: experience with Python/R, Segment, Zapier, REST APIs, and workflow automation tools.
