Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical lifecycle and architecture for ServiceNow and related governance platforms (IRM, Risk, Change, Incident, CMDB, Asset).
- Design secure, scalable, auditable configurations aligned with regulatory standards.
- Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow, IAM, asset sources, and security tooling.
- Improve data consistency across Asset, Process, and Risk domains and define measurable health metrics.
- Define and drive engineering standards for security, stability, auditability, and operational resilience.
- Represent the platform within the broader engineering organization and mentor engineers.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in software engineering, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow governance modules (IRM, Risk, CMDB, Change, Incident) or equivalent.
- Practical experience implementing governance processes (Third-Party Risk, BIA, PRA, Risk Registers).
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and automation/scripting (Python, Bash).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills; comfortable in regulated, fast-moving environments.
