Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and implement high-availability, high-performance backend services and security platform components.
- Build automation and tooling for threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management at scale.
- Act as a technical partner across security and product teams to enable shared infrastructure and workflows.
- Own the full lifecycle of services: design, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, on-call and post-incident root cause analysis.
- Maintain strong engineering standards: distributed systems design, DDD, automated testing and observability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems and complex architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems, Domain-Driven Design and testing best practices.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin and frameworks like Spring Boot; familiarity with Kafka and IaC (Terraform) preferred.
- Deep commitment to clean code, security, reliability and clear documentation; excellent English communication skills.
