Responsibilities:
- Design, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.
- Deploy and maintain the platform across customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and/or Bicep; manage IaC best practices.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and cloud costs; implement observability and optimization measures.
- Ensure security and compliance across diverse environments and produce clear runbooks and documentation.
- Troubleshoot incidents, work with customer IT teams, and support feature rollouts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years engineering experience with hands-on platform responsibilities.
- Native-level German or B2 proficiency for customer-facing communication.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform (and/or Bicep), and GitHub Actions.
- Experience operating services on AWS/Azure/GCP and with Azure Container Apps or OpenShift.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, plus monitoring/observability tooling and cost optimization.
- Strong documentation skills and a security-conscious approach to cloud deployments.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (visa sponsorship available).
- Nice-to-have: experience working directly with enterprise IT, compliance-sensitive environments, or hybrid/on-prem deployments.
