(Senior) Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript + Kotlin/Java) (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end features spanning frontend (TypeScript, React/Next.js) and backend services (Kotlin/Java, Node/NestJS).
- Design and implement robust APIs, microservices and asynchronous workflows with strong observability and test coverage.
- Integrate AI tooling and intelligent features into product and internal workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and Operations to drive product decisions and ship high-value increments.
- Maintain security, data privacy and operational reliability in a regulated financial environment.
- Help evolve architecture, CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling for scalable delivery.

Requirements:
- Proven full-stack experience combining TypeScript-based frontends with backend development in Kotlin or Java (or equivalent).
- Strong API design skills (REST/GraphQL), experience with containerisation (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience building microservices, asynchronous systems and production-grade observability/testing.
- Product-oriented mindset: deliver quickly while ensuring long-term maintainability and security.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional agile teams and contributing to architectural discussions.
- Good communication skills and familiarity with fintech/regulatory considerations is a plus.
