Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver product features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Build frontend interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, including screens, reusable components, and multi-step flows.
- Implement backend services in Node.js and integrate with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, and tRPC.
- Collaborate with designers and customers to gather feedback and iterate on UX and functionality.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and developer experience across the codebase.
- Participate in support rotations to help troubleshoot customer issues and improve product stability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years professional software engineering experience and a technical degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Track record of shipping features from concept to production and integrating AI capabilities into products.
- Strong CS fundamentals, problem-solving, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin (visa sponsorship available).
- Nice-to-have: product leadership collaboration experience and background in enterprise SaaS/B2B AI tooling.
