Responsibilities:
- Build full-stack product features end-to-end, owning design, implementation and production rollout.
- Develop AI capabilities: LLM pipelines, agent logic, prompt engineering and reliability for support workflows.
- Design and operate backend services (Python/FastAPI) and integrate frontends (Next.js/React/TypeScript).
- Introduce and apply agentic tooling to make internal processes AI-native.
- Collaborate in an iterative team process: plan, ship, and refine features based on user feedback.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years (or strong new grad) experience shipping backend or AI features to production.
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI-style models and engineering prompts for real tasks.
- Proficiency with Next.js/React/TypeScript and familiarity with Python and FastAPI on the backend.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Firestore; comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes for deployments.
- Active user of AI coding agents (Codex/Claude Code/Cursor) and personal projects involving LLMs are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Munich and participate in cross-functional teamwork.
