Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product features across frontend and backend: agent configuration, integrations, and customer-facing workflows.
- Build and optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions across calls, messaging, and email.
- Design and implement memory and state systems to maintain context across interactions and workflows.
- Improve observability, tracing, and tooling to make agent behavior diagnosable and debuggable in production.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customers to prioritize work, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly.
Requirements:
- Production experience building and owning distributed systems and customer-facing product features.
- Strong software fundamentals and backend experience with Python/FastAPI or TypeScript, plus experience building React frontends.
- Familiarity with real-time audio/voice infrastructure, AI agents/LLMs, and asynchronous/event-driven architectures.
- Experience with relational and in-memory stores (PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Working knowledge of workflow orchestration (Temporal), job scheduling, and observability tools is helpful.
- Good product judgment, communication skills, and the ability to ship reliable solutions end-to-end.
