Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product features: frame ambiguous problems, define scope, implement, ship, and iterate until they deliver customer value.
- Work directly with founders and customers to surface needs, validate ideas, and convert feedback into product improvements.
- Build and maintain production full-stack code across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Design simple, intuitive UX for complex agentic/LLM-driven workflows and marketing use cases.
- Implement and improve LLM pipelines and agentic workflows; integrate AI components into product flows.
- Support customer conversations, troubleshooting, demos, and on-call production issues.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of engineering experience, ideally with early-stage startup or founding exposure.
- Proven track record shipping 0→1 products and delivering production-quality TypeScript/React code.
- Comfortable owning full-stack work from ambiguous brief to live feature; familiarity with frontend and backend tooling.
- Experience or strong interest in LLMs, agentic workflows, and using AI-leveraged developer tools.
- Familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, or ClickHouse is a plus.
- Strong product sensibility, UX focus, and clear customer-facing communication in English.
- Based in (or able to relocate to) Munich; experience in GEO/SEO/marketing technology is a bonus.
