Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for an internal "AI as a Platform" offering, prioritizing scalable, secure, and easy-to-consume services.
- Identify high‑value AI opportunities across client experience and operational efficiency (personalization, predictive models, fraud detection, automation).
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Data Science, AI Engineers, Platform, Product and regulatory stakeholders.
- Specify APIs, integration patterns, compliance and governance requirements, and success metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships, cost controls, and risk mitigation for third‑party model providers.
- Drive adoption by enabling domain teams with documentation, templates, and integration guidance.
Requirements:
- Proven Product Manager experience for backend/AI or platform products and a strong technical understanding of ML/LLMs.
- Familiarity with agent architectures, prompt design, MLOps patterns and API-driven integrations.
- Experience navigating AI compliance, data governance, and operational risk requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, roadmap prioritization, and agile delivery skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, experiments and rollout plans.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
