Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap and delivery for a greenfield Anti Financial Crime (AFC) platform.
- Collaborate closely with AML/AFC Operations and cross-functional teams to shape detection rules, case workflows and escalation paths.
- Own technical requirements for data ingestion, enrichment, detection engines (rules/ML), alert triage and reporting.
- Lead prioritization, sprint planning and acceptance criteria for a data-engineering-focused delivery team.
- Ensure platform meets regulatory, audit and compliance needs; embed observability, testing and automated validation.
- Communicate progress, risks and trade-offs to stakeholders and ensure alignment with broader product and security roadmaps.
Requirements:
- Several years’ product management experience in fintech, banking or compliance-driven environments.
- Good technical understanding of data pipelines, analytics, ML models for anomaly/pattern detection and system architecture.
- Familiarity with AML processes, regulatory reporting and risk-based controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with engineering, ops and compliance to deliver production-ready features.
- Experience with agile delivery, defining product requirements and validating solutions in production settings.
- Clear communicator with an evidence-driven, pragmatic approach to risk reduction and automation.
