Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services for authentication, KYC and GDPR-compliant data handling.
- Develop integrations and features on Salesforce and the public website to support marketing and client support.
- Design and implement microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL).
- Operate in a cloud-native environment (AWS, ECS/Fargate, Lambda) with CI/CD and automated tests.
- Ensure security-first development: authentication, authorization (JWT), data protection and audits.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring and improving team engineering practices.
- Deliver production-ready features and support incident response and runbooks.
Requirements:
- University degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Extensive backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Spring ecosystem.
- Strong experience with microservices, Docker and AWS services (ECS/Fargate, Lambda).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API design, plus SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation and secure coding practices.
- Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills; product-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce platform or KYC/GDPR domains is a plus.
