Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of a compliant, user-first Analytics & Data Governance tooling platform.
- Shape strategy for Core Data Products, including integration, global rollout and build-vs-buy trade-offs.
- Engage with analytics consumers to surface needs, prioritize improvements and measure impact.
- Diagnose inefficiencies and design product/process changes that enable engineering and product teams.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, design, Legal, Compliance and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
- Define objectives, set priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience building scalable, efficient data or tooling products.
- Solid technical knowledge of Data Mesh and current analytics engineering trends.
- Strong product lifecycle expertise and experience enabling downstream teams through data products.
- Excellent analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Experience with agile ways of working and leading cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts and designers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
