Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development of core banking features (accounts, ledgers, payment logic) that move real money for millions of customers.
- Drive priorities within a cross-functional team, unblock work, and ship steady incremental improvements.
- Deepen domain expertise in payments and ledgers to question and improve system design and correctness.
- Raise issues early with proposed solutions; perform code reviews and share learnings across the team.
- Deliver well-tested, secure, production-grade services on Kotlin + Spring Boot deployed to Kubernetes.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with microservice architectures and relational databases (Postgres preferred).
- Practical experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS and Kubernetes for deployment and operations.
- Product-driven mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work autonomously in English.
- Nice to have: experience with Kafka/event-driven systems and prior payments/fintech or ledger knowledge.
