Responsibilities:
- Drive the Cloud Infrastructure Security roadmap and lead initiatives to raise security maturity across AWS environments.
- Design, deploy and operate cloud-native security solutions for data protection, detection, alerting and automated remediation.
- Lead threat modeling workshops, classify threats and propose mitigations with product and engineering stakeholders.
- Monitor vulnerabilities and perform continuous risk assessments; coordinate fixes with cross-functional teams.
- Define pentest scopes, manage testing cycles and maintain clear security documentation and runbook guidance.
- Provide stakeholder support via the security portal and optionally join incident response on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- Solid experience securing AWS, CI/CD pipelines and containerised systems; strong Linux knowledge.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP) and practical risk assessment experience.
- Experience deploying and customising security tooling (CSPM/CNAPP, scanners, IDS/IPS, KSPM, container security).
- Proficiency in automation and IaC (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with penetration testing/ethical hacking and strong collaboration and communication skills.
