Responsibilities:
- Lead expansion of e-commerce tracking across a high-traffic, multi-tenant SaaS storefront.
- Build the analytics function and measurement infrastructure from scratch.
- Define scalable KPIs and performance metrics to guide product decisions for all tenants and enterprise customers.
- Translate platform and product analytics into actionable features, clear requirements, and growth strategies.
- Benchmark platform performance against retail and e-commerce standards to keep products competitive.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to shape data-driven features.
- Serve as the strategic translator between technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years professional experience in e-commerce analytics or related roles.
- Strong MVP-focused mindset and experience defining complex KPIs and platform performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami) and spreadsheets/BI tools (Google Sheets, Excel; PowerBI a plus).
- Comfortable integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor or equivalents) into workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge engineering and business stakeholders in English.
- High attention to data precision and measurement quality; experience maintaining measurement integrity.
