Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Lead migration efforts from TeamCity to GitHub Actions and provide pipeline-as-code implementations.
- Own and evolve GitOps workflows with Argo CD to improve deployment consistency and reliability.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize pipelines, enable self-service and reduce operational toil.
- Deploy, troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS; manage related IaC using Terraform.
- Contribute to observability and logging best practices (Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus) and tracing concepts.
- Maintain Helm charts and support release automation and rollback strategies.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and TeamCity; experience migrating CI systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of GitOps principles and practical use of Argo CD.
- Working knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, EKS) and Terraform for IaC.
- Practical Kubernetes experience in a cloud-managed environment and familiarity with Helm.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation with Python, Go or Bash.
- Experience with pipeline-as-code, version-controlled CI/CD and developer tooling.
- Nice-to-have: observability tooling experience (Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus), distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry) and exposure to internal developer portals (Backstage).
