Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain platform services and automation to enable fast, secure delivery of microservices across multiple AWS accounts.
- Design and roll out CI/CD improvements and internal automation running on ECS, Lambda, Fargate and EKS.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to gather requirements and improve developer experience, performance and cost efficiency.
- Create tooling, libraries and AI-assisted helpers for common platform tasks.
- Mentor teams on DevOps best practices, testing, release processes and secure infrastructure patterns.
- Keep platform tooling current and lead migration efforts to new technologies.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of hands-on AWS experience and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Proven CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar) and familiarity with container orchestration (ECS/EKS) and serverless (Lambda).
- Proficient in Python and at least one additional language (Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/Node.js).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, security and cost optimization.
- Experience with platform engineering or SRE practices and mentoring engineers.
- Professional-level English and strong collaboration skills.
