Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable cloud building blocks and automation to accelerate developer workflows.
- Lead CI/CD improvements and implement automation tooling running on ECS, Fargate, Lambda and EKS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements, optimize microservice performance, cost, and security.
- Build developer-facing libraries, internal tools and AI-assisted tooling to simplify common tasks.
- Mentor and enable engineering teams: provide best practices, reusable components, and training to strengthen DevOps culture.
- Maintain and evolve internal tooling; plan and support migrations to new technologies.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar) and familiarity with container platforms (ECS/Fargate, EKS) and Lambda.
- Proficient in Python and at least one other general-purpose language (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript/Node.js).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, security and compliance requirements.
- Experience building developer-facing platforms or platform engineering components.
- Good communication skills and ability to mentor teams; professional English required.
