Responsibilities:
- Own design and delivery of reusable application templates and reference implementations (Spring Boot, Node.js, Python Lambdas).
- Build and maintain central integration libraries and tooling used by multiple application teams.
- Lead migrations and upgrades (e.g., Spring Boot) and define best practices for security, performance and cost-efficiency.
- Create fast onboarding patterns such as "Service in a day" to accelerate team delivery.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD, observability, and automated quality gates for application templates.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to align templates to real-world service requirements.
- Mentor and support teams on framework usage, architecture decisions and vulnerability mitigation.
Requirements:
- Strong Kotlin/Java skills and proven experience with Spring Boot and microservice architectures.
- Hands-on AWS experience (ECS/Fargate/Lambda) and familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, messaging (Kafka, SNS/SQS) and API design.
- Track record of creating developer-facing libraries or templates and driving adoption.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally.
