Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development for local tax solutions across international markets (discovery → launch → iteration).
- Define product strategy and roadmap that aligns local tax features with client needs and company goals.
- Design user flows that integrate complex tax rules (DTAs, loss offsetting, cost-basis methods) into the client experience.
- Coordinate with engineering, compliance, external partners and regulators to ensure correct implementation and compliance.
- Manage delivery: prioritize backlog, set timelines, run agile ceremonies and unblock cross-team dependencies.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years product management experience, ideally in banking, capital markets or financial services.
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of international taxation concepts (double taxation, FIFO/weighted average, loss offsetting).
- Analytical mindset, experience with data-informed decisions and defining product requirements.
- Comfortable with agile tools and practices (Jira, Confluence, Figma); strong stakeholder and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication in English and ability to work with cross-functional and regulatory stakeholders.
