Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, and process mining for Banking Operations.
- Architect end-to-end AI workflows and govern multi-step automations targeting high-volume, manual processes.
- Drive process mining and workflow re-engineering to redesign inefficient end-to-end processes.
- Partner with CRM/platform owners to integrate AI agents into Salesforce and central AWS infrastructure.
- Set and track metrics (FTE impact, handling time, error rates, cost-per-unit) to measure ROI and operational value.
- Lead cross-functional execution: translate operational pain points into PRDs, prompt specs, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance (GDPR, EU AI Act) and own product readiness for launches.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation, ideally in fintech/regulated environments.
- Proven experience delivering AI, ML, or automation solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong knowledge of process mining, workflow mapping, and hyperautomation tools/techniques.
- Experience integrating with CRM systems (Salesforce) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Ability to define clear business metrics and drive value realization and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience collaborating with Legal/Compliance/Data Protection.
