Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution for Agentic AI, hyperautomation, and process-mining across Banking Operations to enable scale without equivalent headcount growth.
- Design and govern E2E AI workflows, ensuring reliability, safety, and measurable business value.
- Lead structured process capture and end-to-end workflow re-engineering, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Partner with platform owners (Salesforce, AWS) and Conversational Banking to ensure robust integrations and data flows.
- Define success metrics (FTE impact, handling time, error rates, cost savings) and track ROI for each initiative.
- Translate operational pain points into clear product specs, PRDs, and prompt configurations while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and internal governance; prepare operational readiness for launches.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation, preferably in fintech or fast-moving tech environments.
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI/automation solutions at scale and delivering measurable operational improvements.
- Strong skills in process mining, workflow mapping, and redesign of end-to-end operations.
- Experience with Salesforce, AWS, APIs, and enterprise integration; data skills (SQL, Power BI) to define and measure impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management, change management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act) and working with Compliance and Legal teams.
