Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the mobile product vision for native iOS and Android applications.
- Manage a mobile product team: set priorities, run agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, marketing and other product teams to synchronise features and releases.
- Translate customer insights, analytics and competitive research into clear product requirements and experiments.
- Act as the mobile platform advocate internally, ensuring high quality UX, performance and stability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of mobile app products and roadmaps.
- Deep knowledge of mobile platform capabilities, UX patterns and app lifecycle (push, deeplinks, store releases).
- Proven ability to prioritise complex work, manage dependencies and make data-driven trade-offs.
- Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and design tools (Figma); strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in fintech or financial product contexts is a plus; pragmatic, customer-focused and delivery-oriented.
