Responsibilities:
- Own and build data infrastructure and analytics pipelines for KYC, onboarding and financial crime detection.
- Define and deliver the analytics infrastructure roadmap from ingestion to dashboards.
- Create and maintain core datasets (onboarding events, risk scores, alert triggers, case outcomes).
- Promote and implement modern tooling (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Python, Looker/Superset) and best practices.
- Implement pipeline instrumentation, monitoring, error handling and data-quality controls in a regulated environment.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for compliance, product and operations stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, tagging strategies and measurable business impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building reliable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure for high-stakes domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake and Python; familiarity with Looker/Superset or similar BI tools.
- Solid data modelling, testing and monitoring skills; experience designing KPIs and data-quality processes.
- Understanding of KYC, onboarding or financial crime detection workflows and regulatory constraints.
- Ability to collaborate across compliance, risk, product and operations teams and communicate findings clearly.
